ReelForge Studio purchases are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. You may request a refund within 60 days of payment.
Email support@esr.mobi and include the email address used for the purchase and, if available, your Digistore24 order or invoice number. You may also use the customer-support or refund options provided by Digistore24 for your order.
Approved refunds are returned through the applicable payment process to the original payment method where supported. The time required for the refund to appear can vary by bank or payment provider.
ReelForge Studio is delivered digitally. The 60-day commercial guarantee described above applies to the product purchase and does not limit mandatory consumer rights that may apply under law.
If your request is related to access or a technical problem, you are welcome to contact us first at support@esr.mobi. Using support is optional and is not a condition of requesting a refund within the 60-day guarantee period.
